　　根據(jù)中央和省市委及市財(cái)政局黨組的統(tǒng)一部署，9月25日上午，黃石市召開了注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)深入學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀動(dòng)員大會(huì)。

　　會(huì)議由市財(cái)政局機(jī)關(guān)黨委書記鄭啟美同志主持，市財(cái)政局黨組成員、財(cái)政監(jiān)督局局長(zhǎng)樂樹盈同志代表市財(cái)政局黨組作了動(dòng)員報(bào)告。他強(qiáng)調(diào)全市注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)一是要統(tǒng)一思想，提高認(rèn)識(shí)，切實(shí)增強(qiáng)深入學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的緊迫感和使命感；二是要領(lǐng)會(huì)精神，精心部署，認(rèn)真組織實(shí)施好學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動(dòng)；三是要端正態(tài)度，落實(shí)責(zé)任，確保學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)取得成效。市新社會(huì)組織學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)小組成員曹樹偉同志就如何深入實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀提出了五點(diǎn)要求：一是要切實(shí)增強(qiáng)工作的責(zé)任感；二是要周密部署，加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；三是非黨員也應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)；四是成立了黨支部的單位，更應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)；五是要抓緊、抓實(shí)、抓出成效。

　　會(huì)上，市注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)黨總支書記方曉同志宣讀了《關(guān)于全市注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)開展深入學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動(dòng)的實(shí)施方案》。市內(nèi)7家會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所的黨員及非黨員員工約80多人參加了會(huì)議。
